- For deliveries outside Kenya, please contact our support team at support@white.co.ke
- before placing an order.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Nairobi & Surrounding Areas: 1–2 business days.
- Major Towns (e.g., Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret): 2–4 business days.
- Remote/Outlying Areas: 3–7 business days depending on courier coverage.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.
3. Shipping Fees
- Nairobi: Flat rate of [Insert Amount e.g., KSh 250].
- Other Major Towns: From [Insert Amount e.g., KSh 350], calculated at checkout.
- Free Shipping: Orders above [Insert Amount e.g., KSh 5,000] qualify for free standard shipping.
4. Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM EAT (Monday–Friday) are processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.

- You can track your order through our courier partner’s website or by contacting customer service.
6. Failed Deliveries & Returns
- If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt redelivery.
